Fixing the tool tip blockout of the Dom
The tool tip toggle button doesn't shut off the Tool tips when you hover over the bid / ask buttons in the trading control panel. I have spoken to support several times and nothing is done. Posting here so someone will fix this bug.

Hi.
The tooltip behavior is by design (shown for unlimited time to allow reading it comfortably), but we see how it can be annoying in some cases.
We have added a new checkbox under Settings->Configuration called "Enable tooltips for buttons" (already in development branch, will be available in next 7.1 build). If unchecked it will disable information tooltips for all UI components (you can still have data tooltip on).
