place in queue not showing on BID and ASK column

Please enable the ability to see the line for estimated place in queue to be on the BID or ASK columns.  It is only visible on COB.   However the COB shows the same data as the individual BID and ASK columns so its redundant to have a COB column in addition to BID and ASK columns up on the DOM.
Please fix it.   Thank you
