What Bookmap build are you running? (Help -> About -> Version 7.0.0 build ???)
That is important for us to know because:
- we can see what causes this issue;
- this issue may have been already fixed for newer builds.

OK. We have fixed the issue described with the @Parameter annotation for newer builds so please update to the latest build.
