intellij hotswap bookmap addon

Hi,

Does anyone have instructions to make hotswap work on intellij when debugging Bookmap addons?

Thanks Andrey, on Eclipse it works just fine but on intellij it seems I have to restart bookmap at any code change on the addon im developing.
