Add binance perpetual swap

Please add Binance's perpetual swap BTCUSDTPERP to binance adaptor. It has top #1 swap volume in the industry, yet for some reason it's not included in the adaptor (it includes btcusdt spot but not the *perpetual swap*) .
It's the same kind of product as the perpetual swap included already in the bitmex adaptor so it just makes sense to add the corresponding binance swap.
