Subscribing to an instrument from FTX crashes Bookmap

Bookmap crashed 2 times immediately after I tried subscribing to SUSHI-PERP on FTX. First time I subscribed with my keys, second time with trading disabled. I don't trade on FTX now, so I don't know if it's a new bug.

Thanks for reporting the issue. This has been fixed some time ago.
