Target instrument is always "<NONE>","START" button is not available

I can connect FTX with API key
FTX - Connected
Add instrument: Symbol: BTC-PERP
Subscribe
TCP: BOTH
Target instrument is always "<NONE>"
"START" button is not available
any idea ?
