GDAX/Coinbase Pro adapter not streaming orderbook

Hi,

I am getting a "NO DATA RECEIVED, THIS USUALLY MEANS THE MARKET IS CURRENTLY CLOSED" message when I try to subscribe to a market on Coinbase.

I believe this is to do with Coinbase making a change to their websocket server.  Looking at other client libraries it appears that on subscribing that Coinbase does not default to full channel, so it needs to be explicitly set now. I am assuming that this is the reason the adapter has stopped working.

Please could you update the adapter?

Thanks

Mike

Hi michaeldim,
We are currently working on it. There are few other problems with what was changed, but we are trying to resolve that.

The issue is partially fixed. GDAX has been changing its API and limiting its websocket traffic. That is why it's preferable to use up to 4 aliases at once (this is the case when fewer is better). Otherwise, some data could be lost. Also, there may be no historical data.
As soon as GDAX fixes their ussues these limitations will be gone.
