bookmap does not find futures

I have a rithmic datafeed through my broker, I have set up everything according to instructions. i have paid for bookmap ,the connection is established, but bookmap does not recognize a future symbol.

Could you please describe your problem in more details? Do you get error message when you try to susbcribe to the symbols? Please contact us by email [email protected] and send the screenshot of the error message you get and also C:\Bookmap\Logs\rithmic-engine-log.000 log file.
