Rithmic Connection Issues

Hello, I'm new to Bookmap. I brought the Rithmic CME market data subscription and connected it to my bookmap platform. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm not getting the data. Can somebody tell me what's going on. I'm just mostly getting a black screen with a few lines. 

Edit: Problem Solved. Was putting in an expired instrument.
