how can you sell an indicator that:
1- doesn't load historical data
2 - doesn't let you change inputs (period length)

terrible, it would be acceptable if free but to pay for this ???

Many thanks for reporting the issue, unfortunately I cannot test the plugin with all the providers and markets.
The plugin does both, could you please elaborate which data feed you use and if you tried to follow the user guide and hit enter when changing values? If you let me know which market you try to use it for and which data feed, I can test it. For the Stock and Futures market it is working fine and it has been tested with some of the crypto exchanges. 
Please share the details with me and I will fix the issues.
