Bookmap forum

Hello,
Do you know of someone who might design an API program for me?  I need someone with the skill to write a small program and don't know where to start to find someone.  It does involve using  a Bookmap indicator, and I saw your name connected with this type of expertise in a Bookmap forum so it seemed like a good place to start.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
