Bybit ETHUSD not working

This used to work but after a large move, bookmap stopped receiving data (around 11AM UTC today). Strangely, ETHUSD still works on trading view, and BTCUSD stills works on bookmap??? Also, I can place ordres on ETHUSD, just not getting price data...

Hi Amunategui, based on this description alone we cannot resolve the error. It could be a problem on our side or at the exchange's side. To determine that, we need is the log file, where the problem will show up.

Please send the log file from the session where this occurred, or when it happens next time. You can do this by go to C:\Bookmap\Logs and sending us the latest log_DATE_AND_TIME-common.txt file (you can send it to me directly via a private message).
