Hi everyone,
Please update the adapter to 0.7.0.2 version. Besides having some issues fixed the new version is capable of setting leverage.
Leverage is set from a sepatare panel.
Please notice: the panel does not work for 7.0 or earlier versions.
You'll have to upload the panel as a plugin:

Settings -> Api plugins configuration -> (default location for Windows)
C:\Bookmap\API\Layer0ApiModules\7.0.0.0---7.1.1.9999---0---bitmex-adapter---0.7.0.2.jar
-> Open -> Load -> and tick in the "BitMEX Panel"

As soon as you press the BitMEX Panel button in the Configure Api Plugins window you'll see a slider which should be moved to change the leverage. Leverage value is shown in the plugin panel and in the top-left corner of the heatmap.
If anything goes wrong (you'll see a warning message or the levetage value on the panel does not match the one on the heatmap) please restart the adapter and the panel(plugin).

Please note:
1) even if the panel is unloaded the leverage does not get reset. Just to be safe you may want to set leverages to 0 before unloading;
2) Changing leverage from the panel immediately changes its value in BitMEX web GUI and vice versa.

Bookmap isn't launching with the most recent version of bitmex adapter.  No error, but hang up on launch and nothing happens.  Need to kill bookmap on windows task manager.

Logs are at C:\Bookmap\Logs for Widndows
I need the "common" one.

Hi,

Just a quick question.

Does a free version of Bookmap allow to send buy/sell orders to BitMEX ?

Hi prodigy,
Yes you can send orders to BitMEX with a free version.
Please note you'll be able to use only one instrument at a time.
Please also read this post before connecting to BitMEX.

Dear devs,

When in 'view only' mode, BitMEX works fine. I can see orders and use the demo module to trade and internally see P/L

However when I enter API keys (pub and secret), the program hangs when I open the XBTUSD feed.

I see at least one other user with this issue as well. Is there a workaround?

Hi rookpaal,
pls reproduce it once again and upload your log to this topic or send me in a private message. Logs are located at C:\Bookmap\Logs (for Windows) or similar location for non-Windows.
UPDATE
The latest version is 0.7.0.6.1. You can see your current version in Bookmap- > Manage plugins.
Please update if you have any earlier adapter version.

Why isn't there an option to change tick size for bitmex like there is on every other crypto exchange? I think this is one of the biggest drawbacks of using bitmex on bookmap right now.

BitMEX has increased the spam orders threshold:
Starting 04:00 UTC on 05 June 2020, the threshold used to detect spam orders will be increased from 0.0025 XBT to 0.01 XBT.
...
After this change accounts with too many open orders with a value less than 0.01 XBT each will be labeled as a Spam Account (prior to the change, the value is 0.0025 XBT).
