Bitmex Connectivity

Hey all, looking for some understanding and help , i have recently subscribed and i am having some issues connecting to bitmex data, it keeps disconnecting...? Anyone having similar issues?

Hi frukiz,
it has been reported by some users and we're figuring this one out. We need your Bookmap version and your latest BitMEX session log file (log are in Bookmap/Logs folder).

Cant find the logs folder ( is it located at the default installation folder? )

C:\Bookmap\Logs
And your Bookmap version/build please (Help -> About -> Version ... build ...)

Please update your BitMEX adapter to v0.6.5 (Settings -> Manage plugins -> Installed -> bitmex-adapter -> update).
If the issue still exists let me know and send me your latest log. We are not absolutely sure the issue is on our side so it takes time to figure that out.

AndreyR thanks for the support but the even with the updated version still has issues connecting.

Hi frukiz,
while we're testing the fix you can use a testing adapter which is expected not to reconnect unless there are some serious issues on the BitMEX side. I'll send you the guide in a private message.

Hello, I'm having the same problem, could you help me solve? I was using the bookmap normally with Bitmex and suddenly stopped working and can no longer connect with Bitmex.
