How Do I see Order Imbalances?

For some reason, Orderbook Imbalance and Volume Imbalance are shaded out under studies configuration.  I can't select either.  I can't even select the "Click Here" link.   I am a new user and trying to get up to speed and wondering if I inadvertently set something up incorrectly.   

Any quick ideas?

Please note that Order and Volume imbalances are available in Global plus Bookmap subscription.
