scrolling up and down the price axis

Currently, scroll bar on the price axis will always have the current price centered. so It only zooms in and out

I remember being able to use my scroll bar to scroll up and down the price axis and the chart would also move up and down. I don't know how to re-enable this.

This was useful for setting up limit orders far away from the current price because if you zoom out too much, it is hard to see where you are placing your limits.

 Is this an option for only the upgraded version? How can I get it to work?

I believe you are referring to the functionality when you press CTRL and drag the price axis up/down. Should still be there.
