Bookmap / Rithmic / Earn2Trade / MAC

I would like to use Bookmap with my Earn2Trade Gauntlet.  I would prefer to use it on my MAC.  I was able to connect to Rithmic using the Earn2Trade credentials; however, every time I try to subscribe to a contract, I get an error message saying unable to find.

Please restart Bookmap. Try entering ESZ0. Will it work?
When you get an error message (right after restarting Bookmap when subscribing to a contract) make a full-sized screenshot. We need to see it to figure out what is wrong.

Hi. So that's what we wanted to see:

Platform: Rithmic
ESZ0.CME: permission denied

Means that your account does not allow access to that instrument data. Assuming it works for you with other platform - you are missing specifically the order book (multiple levels of depth), as some platforms just don't use it, while it's critical for bookmap. It can be enabled by your broker, who based on your message is Earn2Trade, so please just ask them to enable it. They might or might not charge extra for that depending on their pricing structure. If there will be any issues/miscommunication - let me know, we'll assist.
