Maximum Position Size/Cap setting

It would prevent an order being placed if position if already at maximum position size. (1,2,5,20, etc)
, It would also prevent too many orders being placed reversing the position.

I believe this feature would be extremely useful both in simulated trading and live. I know some platforms like Ninja have it, also brokers like Tradovate have it.

It would prevent position being increased by mistakes and miscicks. 

More importantly many people have learned and continue to learn bad habits of adding to a losing position (Via unlimited position size in the simulator). However those habits are very easy to unlearn with a maximum position cap. 

In addition it would also be useful for the purpose of restricting position size in times of high volatility.

When implementing please make sure no message pops up that has to be dismissed by the user, just a sound and an information message.
So that trading, especially exiting of a position is not blocked by a message that has to be dismissed.
