Re: Add line

Hi. There are few ways, but easiest is probably registering a modifiable indicator and placing one point far back in time on the relevant price. The line will be automatically continued to the right, since it will be the last known value.

Re: Rithmic latencies - HW,windows or rithmic? possible workaround

Hi everyone,

We are still trying to pinpoint and handle this kind of issues, if you'd like to help - check out the experimental build in https://www.bookmap.com/forum/viewtopic ... 268&p=2755
Even if it does not help, it will at least give us some additional information.

Thanks,
Svyatoslav

Experimental Rithmic adapter build

Hi everyone, Some of you have reported performance issues when using Rithmic data. Specifically I'm speaking about the issue where you see "Data latency spike detected" warning. So, we made certain (somewhat risky - might cause deadlocks and/or memory leaks that we'll need to catch before it's produ...

Re: No sound notifications for Orderbook imbalance by default

That actually looks like a bug... Did you have imbalance on before or imported some settings where it was on? In either case, you can try the following: - close bookmap - find the latest config file (v8, v9 or v10 depending on version - config version does not match bookmap version) - make a backup ...

Re: Is it possible to write in Java 14?

Hi, You will likely be able to utilize some features using "compiler compliance level", but not all (e.g. classes that are not in Java 8 will not be found in runtime). However, we are transitioning to Java 14 slowly - Mac version already uses it (we were kind of forced to switch due to notarization ...

Re: Is it possible to use OnlineCalculatable with Simplified API?

Hi, Well... It's not something we tested, but it technically should work. Before we proceed I'd like to point out that you should be able to use simplified API to achieve the same end results in most cases, so make sure you really need OnlineCalculatable. Now, if you still believe you do (e.g. have ...

Re: New User: Rithmic Data: NT8

Hi. I apologize for support team, let me correct previous answer... Rithimic does not sell data directly. To get Rithmic data you need to go to 3rd party broker, see list here: https://www.bookmap.com/knowledgebase/docs/KB-IntroductionToBookmap-Connectivity#117--supported-brokers Brokers can provide...

Re: Keltner Channel Indicator

Hi. We are seeing a draft addon from our side, but it explicitly says that it's a draft. We'll contact zcsoka about it. About approval process in general - this specific case seems to be a miscommunication, the basic approval is not supposed to take long. I thought the only thing being blocked is Dx...

Re: Rithmic latencies - HW,windows or rithmic? possible workaround

Hi. We are still investigating it, but unfortunately not much info yet. Could you please try the following test: when the issue happens (CPU pinned + latency), take a screenshot of R Trader, specifically of this area: Capture.PNG Those icon colors should be different depending on where the bottlenec...
