Re: Heatmap zoom bug (inaccurate bid & ask lines)

Hi. That's not a bug, technically speaking. That's aggregation happening - basically you only see bid/ask value at the end of each pixel. I do understand that it would look nicer if we'd somehow make it so min/max values are always visible, so this is a valid feature request. Note that one could wri...

Re: Volume Bubbles Not Plotting

Please specify which version you updated from and to which version. To me it sounds like you might have had an old one where delta volume dots were not available, and now you are on the one where those were added. It's a new default. You can go into dots settings and turn off delta volume dots there.

Re: Flatten button entered a trade

It looks like one of the newer API versions adds ability to exit position. We just didn't make use of it when we migrated to that version in spring of this year. We'll try to start using this new method in nearest future.

Re: Bookmap log file names - 2 each time?

Correction on what I said: we actually do log position close and reverse in trading log directly. That was not the case in some older builds, but now we do.

Re: Flatten button entered a trade

Hi. Yes, log files would help us understand what happened. Please send those if possible (you can send to support@bookmap.com - make sure to include both -trading and -common log files). OCO bracket orders do not have known issues. If I have to guess what could have happened, there are 2 possibiliti...

Re: Bookmap log file names - 2 each time?

Hi. Almost. Every order sent by trader as well as modification/cancellation (e.g. "i want to place an order of size 10 @ price 500" or "i want to move an order from X to Y") will appear in the trading log file, as well as every response from data provider (L0 API module), though here it's important ...

Re: Bookmap log file names - 2 each time?

Hi, 2 logs are useful in case there is an issue requiring you to send logs to support. You don't have to send -trading log if your problem isn't related to orders, which prevents us from seeing your trading activity Bookmap keeps log open for the length of the session, so normally there should be ex...

Re: Gaps in data

Bookmap does not sync time and relies on your clock being precise (regardless of timezone - it should be precise for whichever timezone you have set). If you open https://time.is/ and look at your PC clock, does number of minutes and seconds match?

Re: Gaps in data

Let me add a little bit - the reason gap is big could be incorrectly set local clock, e.g. if your local time is 1m30s ahead of what it really is. About the forum - yeah, that's a bug of a theme we use on it, happens at certain zoom levels. Zooming page in or out usually helps. We intend to eventual...

Re: Reading all current user orders (market, limit, stop limit, and market stop)

Unfortunately bookmap simulated trading (which is what you have in replay) does not currently implement balance and position updates. That's something we need to eventually implement.
