Re: Where is the database of downloaded data?
Hi,
Currently, historical data can not be downloaded as a file directly without Bookmap. The only way to get historical data with Bookmap is to run Bookmap and subscribe to an instrument and enable adding recent historical data (typically 24h to 48h hours of data). You will be able to save the feed file to replay it if you need to.

Re: Where is the database of downloaded data?
Hi,
Rithmic doesn't support the historical data from cloud in Bookmap - 1 hour is provided by DxFeeed and 24 local data hours are available by default.
You can subscribe to the CME historical data from DxFeed to get up 24 hours of cloud data for $14 monthly.
In this case, both local and cloud data could be extended to 96 hours, we'll need to reset it every moth allthogh.
For further details please review this article: https://www.bookmap.com/knowledgebase/d ... kfill-data
As for the reloading chart without resubscribing, currently it is not possible.
