Rithmic issues

Hello, I'm new to Bookmap. I brought the Rithmic CME market data subscription and connected it to my bookmap platform. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm not getting the data. Can somebody tell me what's going on. I'm just mostly getting a black screen with a few lines.

Hi. You've subscribed to an expired instrument, ESM2 expires today, so there is very little activity by now. Use ESU2 instead (just enter it in the subscription dialog into the Symbol field)

Hello,

New to Bookmap.  Connected R Trader Pro and Rithmic. Everything works fine (I even see the account balance in the Settings) except it keep denying or not recognizing the symbols like ESU3 or NQU3 etc. 

This is apparently not an isolated case. So what is the antidote?

Can you add more detail to your description please? If you see something is wrong please make a full screen shot and add logs to your message.
