IBKR CFD

Can I use DxFeed as my data feed for US stocks and initiate orders from Bookmap, route it through TWS but trade CFD's based on that stocks?

Hi, you can route through TWS. But routing to CFD - we are not sure how it's done inside TWS itself.

Is there a possibility that it can be implemented. In Europe, it is way more advantageous to trade CFDs than US stocks directly.

IB/TWS API so buggy it should just be removed from the product to protect users.
