Telegram alert for TP and SL

Hi!

I'd like to have a feature where BM sends alert to a telegram bot when I reach my Take Profit and Stop Loss, I know the feature is for some indicators such as Absorbtion and Sweeps, however, it would be amazing if there is the same feature for my own orders.
