Detaching columns from charts

Post by yankielfxzue » Wed Sep 10, 2025 12:44 pm

As an active trader using Bookmap for order flow analysis, I would greatly benefit from the ability to detach various columns and panels from the main chart interface. Specifically, I would like the option to detach:

- SVP (Session Volume Profile) column
- Time & Sales window
- STC (Session Trade Count) column
- CVP (Cumulative Volume Profile) column
- DOM (Depth of Market) panel
- Any other data columns or analysis panels

This detachment capability would allow me to:

- Display different data streams on separate monitors for optimal screen real estate management
- Resize individual windows independently based on specific analysis needs
- Maintain focus on the main chart while having critical market data readily accessible across multiple displays
- Create highly customized workspace configurations for complex multi-monitor trading setups
- Organize data flow more efficiently during active trading sessions

Currently, having all components integrated into a single interface can be restrictive when trying to optimize screen space and data visibility across multiple displays, particularly for traders who rely on comprehensive order flow analysis.

If any of these detachment features already exist and I have missed them in the documentation, I would appreciate guidance on how to access them. If not, I believe this enhancement would significantly improve the user experience for professional traders who manage multiple data streams simultaneously.

Thank you for considering this request. I look forward to your response and continue to appreciate the robust analytical capabilities that Bookmap provides.

Best regards,
Yankiel
