Indicator & Levels Lines behind Bid/Ask/Last lines - Send to Back Feature

It would be fantastic to be able to choose to set for example the line for VPOC behind the Last price line. So it's not the dominant line on the chart. Same for Vwaps, Price lines, and Custom notes.
