Add horizontal line option to custom notes

In the custom notes, add the option to place a horizontal line on the chart at the price level of the custom note.

Yes, the current horizontal line won't save.  I have to redraw all lines every time after restarting Bookmap.

My suggestion is very similar to this with just a minor addition. 

When looking at the Stop/Iceberg detector, I want to be able automatically create a note where a large stop/iceberg occurs directly from the indicator and have a line drawn from that location.

In the linked example below, there was a stop order of around 750 @ 3094-3095 level on the emini s&p.  I would like to click on the stop order graph and have it generate a note that gives stop( or iceberg) quantity/price and then draw a line on the chart.
