UX Fixes: Streamlining Workflow, Eliminating Redundancies, and Disabling Ads

Starting Bookmap is a mouse workout:

• Choose between Simulation, Trading & Replay again.
  
  • Fix: Load last used mode by default. Show mode selection only if Shift is held on startup.
    
  • Or provide CLI argument for mode
    
• Module Advertising: "Want to install this and that?"
  
  • Click hide for each module
    
  • Confirm stupid really hide for good dialog again for each module
    
  • Often interferes with Rithmic Account chooser popping up in background meanwhile.
    
  • Fix: Add option to permanently disable this dialog. We know what we need and what exist. If we start (restart for performance issues) this app we want to trade and nothing else.
    
• For each ticker, repeat unnecessary steps:
  
  • Click in TCP again.
    
  • Select cross trading target (not remembered) again.
    
  • Click Start again.
    
  • Click OK in redundant modal dialog again.
    
  • Select Chart Trading in TCP again.
    
  • Click Pin again.
    
  • Repeat the entire loop daily for every ticker.
    
  • Fix:
    
    • Remember all settings per ticker.
      
    • Eliminate redundant modal dialogs.
      
    • Replace cross trading confirmation with optional dismissible notification.
      
    • Allow suppression of confirmations.
      
    • Add option to disable all advertising.
      

We don't care about current campaigns or what season of the year it is. We don't want yet another subscription. We want bugs fixed so we can trade.
