Add Confirm Quit Dialog to Bookmap Desktop

Hello,

Today, I accidentally quit Bookmap in the middle of a session due to a lag. One program appeared to be open, but it was not, and my Command + Q command unintentionally quit Bookmap. It would be very useful to have a preference option that requires confirmation before quitting. This would help prevent accidental quits in situations like this.
