Enable IB executions with dxfeed data for Futures

Hi,

We can execute share transactions in IB using dxfeed data.
The natural and simple extension of this is to futures.

I'm not sure why it hasn't been done but this would encourage IB users to subscribe for the dxfeed for futures, which is very high quality

this is likely to be implemented in the future, though we don't have a target date as of yet
