Hello,
I don't understand the table : "Bookmap®-Compatible Market Data Providers"
And the more I speak with the support, the less I understand. I think it is necessary to clarify.
What I only want is to trade Futures Nasdaq, Dow Jones from Bookmap.
From the table, I understand the best recommanded choice is Ninja Trader with Rithmic to have full depth of market.
But ... it seems not so easy ...
I understood CrossTrading : one connexion to the broker, and one connexion to Rithmic or DxFeed for the data. Bookmap use both.
But, do I need to buy 2 access to the data ? One from Rithmic/DxFeed and one from Ninja to access trading ?
What I have to buy if I want to trade CME Futures directly from Bookmap ?

If you would like to trade Nasdaq(CME) and Dow Jones(CBOT) and be able to see the full depth of the market we recommend subscribing to DxFeed Bundle or Rithmic Bundle.
You can find DxFeed on the Bookmap portal(https://bookmap.com/portal/), under Add Subscription tab(you should be logged in) or on the Bookmap Marketplace(https://marketplace.bookmap.com/marketp ... duct/14522).

To be able to trade live, you'll need the Global Plus package of Bookmap.
Please find the comparison table here:

Then, you'll be able to trade with the data from DxFeed or Rithmic on your broker account from NinjaTrader, using the Bookmap cross-trading feature.

 Is cross-trading available on mac? I don't see the tab anywhere to open it after reading through the documentation. 

Say, rithmic is the data source... can you connect to a broker with cqg to trade?
