No data displayed with dxFeed

Hi, I'm new to Bookmap.

I just subscribe to BookMap with dxFeed data Futures Full Depth Bundle. I've correctly configured connection but when subscribing to an instrument, a future, /esH20 for instance, no data are displayed.

Help needed.

Please attach logs.
You can find them opening "File" -> "Open user folder" from bookmap. There should be Logs folder. Attach latest one.

I have exactly the same problem when connecting via any exchange(binance,Bybit...) for Bitcoin / BTC . It was working for like couple of hours then stopped working and it seems like many people have this problem yet Bookmap can't even fix it. I am on win 11 OS and turned off firewall and no antivirus is installed on my system, no proxies either. Uninstalled the software and reinstalled but did not help.
