Persist DOM Pro & Execution Pro status

Hello,

For DOM traders, it is very annoying to not be able to persist a DOM workspace properly. Since I only trade using the DOM, every time I start my platform I have to again check the DOM Pro & Execution Pro addons within the Add-on Config, then set the order size all over again in the TCP and enable the DOM for trading. 

The behaviour I was expecting when saving my workspace is to open the windows in the same state the next time I launch the platform. It's very cumbersome at this point to constantly have to do these things after starting the platform, especially when you sometimes forget to go into the TCP and miss a trade because trading is not enabled on the DOM. 

Also, when I detach my T&S column I would also like the ability to set it as Always on Top and persist the layout. I have to reconfigure that again on platform restart as well, because the T&S defaults back into the main window again.
