Binance futures 403 error

Hi,
 I’m facing a recurring issue where I get a 403 error when trying to connect to Binance Futures through the Bookmap desktop app. This problem has occurred multiple times this month. Typically, it resolves itself after a day or so, but I’m currently experiencing it again.

I’ve attached a screenshot of a ping to the Binance API for reference.Any assistance or insights into why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
