
L1 Tech Support Agent
We are currently looking to hire a 1st Level Tech Support Agent to join our growing team and cover US time zones.
This role is 100% remote and includes shifts.
Responsibilities
As a 1st level customer support agent, your tasks will focus on looking after, supporting, and advising our international customers from the crypto, stocks, and futures trading environment.
You will receive functional and technical inquiries and faults via live chat, by email, and occasionally by telephone. You will process them independently or conscientiously forward them to the right contact person.
Required skills and experience
Background in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or another related field
Experience in customer support, ideally for software products
Technical interest in complex software is desirable
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Solution-oriented mindset
