Terms and conditions
The Bookmap referral program offers payouts for client referrals. Referral Partners may not present themselves as financial advisors or brokers working on behalf of Bookmap Ltd. They may not provide direct trading advice or recommendations regarding any specific transaction or investment product on behalf of Bookmap Ltd. It is the sole responsibility of the Referral Partner to (1) ensure that their services and referral activities are exempt from licensing requirements by regulators in the countries and jurisdictions in which they operate, and (2) act in accordance with all legal, ethical, and acceptable business standards.
Referral Partners will be entitled to 15% of the non-refundable payments made by their referrals for Bookmap core subscriptions (Global and Global Plus). Referral Partners receive a unique link to use for referring clients to purchase a Bookmap software license. The link contains a cookie that will be assigned to a client who reaches Bookmap using the specific link (assuming the client does not block cookies). A Referral Partner will be awarded payouts for any client who completes a payment while cookied with the respective partner's cookie. There are no cookie lockup periods – the last cookie used by the client when completing payment is the one for which a partner will be awarded the relevant payouts. The same terms will apply to any client who stops their Bookmap subscription and renews it at a later stage – payouts will be awarded to the partner whose cookie is used by the client at the moment of renewal, whether this is the original cookie or not. A referring cookie will be kept for 60 days or until overwritten by another Referral Partner's cookie. If no purchase is made by the referred client within the first 60 days from receipt of the last cookie information, the cookie will be removed.
Payouts will be given for eligible transactions that occur during the period of 12 months from each referred initial subscription. Bookmap reserves the right to change the referral program terms or to stop the referral program entirely or with respect to specific Referral Partners, all at its sole discretion. This will not apply to eligible transactions that have already been made by referred clients
Payouts will be made by the 7th day of the second month following the respective payments of referrals, provided that (i) referral transactions have at least 7 days of maturity on the payout date (i.e., allof the previous month's transactions will be included in the payout) and (ii) the accrued commission is at least $100. In the event that the referred client receives a refund for a transaction for which the affiliate has already received a commission, the respective commission amount will be deducted from one of the future commission payments. Commission payments will be made against a duly issued invoice by the Referral Partner.
