Role Overview

We are looking for a web-oriented Product Owner to take full ownership of Bookmap’s web ecosystem, including the users web portal, onboarding and upgrade journeys, education sites, and more.

As the Web Product Owner, you will lead the development and ongoing improvement of our web solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Products, marketing and education departments, and other stakeholders to define the product vision, gather requirements, and create wireframes and detailed requirements for our different web applications.

A key focus of this role will be optimizing onboarding and conversion flows on our new web portal through data-driven decision making, user behavior analysis, and continuous experimentation, including A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s websites and the end-to-end product strategy and execution for all Bookmap web applications.

• Drive conversion optimization across our funnel through user onboarding, upgrade, and retention flows.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, analytics, and user behavior tracking.

• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve performance.

• Work closely with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and other business stakeholders to gather and create product requirements, wireframes, and user flows.

• Work closely with marketing to define new features according to marketing vision and strategy.

• Unify and consolidate our web applications UI and technology.

• Review, monitor, and improve our sites, UI, and UX.

• Help shape the evolution of our mobile experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a web-oriented Product Owner, managing online websites and working in an Agile-Scrum environment.

• Strong familiarity with web technologies and solutions, including frontend frameworks, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user flow optimization.

• Experience with analytics, GA/GTM, KPI tracking, and A/B testing best practices.

• Experience with trading, fintech, or the financial industry is a high advantage.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

• High-level English proficiency, written and spoken, is a must.

• Knowledge and experience working with AI tools.
