Information for Users​

How Can I Add Marketplace Add-ons to my Current Bookmap License?​

New to Bookmap: Register via marketplace for a Bookmap Digital license. This license will be associated with your marketplace account and will update with every purchase you make on the marketplace or on the Bookmap website. There is no action needed on your part.

Existing Account: Log into marketplace with Bookmap credentials, enter license key in dashboard for add-on purchases.

How Do I Activate An Add-on?​

Use the Addons Manager for Bookmap Addons. Unless it’s a 3rd party addon - in that case you need to download it. Refer to the video guide for installing addons on LC here: https://bookmap.com/learning-center/add-ons

Are The Offered Add-ons Supported By All Market Data Vendors?​

This varies; e.g., Stops & Icebergs Sub-Chart requires MBO data from Rithmic. In case the add-on is supported by specific vendors only, it will be designated in the product details.You can find an overview of all the Bookmap addons you are allowed to get per package and per Data Provider here.

What Are The Supported Payment Methods?​

For marketplace add-ons, currently, only PayPal is supported. Bookmap packages can be purchased with a credit card (note: in case of recurring payments this will require a valid PayPal account). However, we are working on ading more payment methods soon.

Contact the vendor via the marketplace. If Bookmap is the vendor, inquiries are forwarded to support@bookmap.com

Information For Vendors​

How Can I Publish My Add-on?​

  1. Register as a user
  2. Click on ‘Become a vendor’
  3. Create a product page
  4. Set price and subscription intervals
  5. Set a dedicated license field
  6. Click ‘publish’.

What Product Types Are Supported?​

All products that provide value to Bookmap users are supported. Here are some examples: Add-ons:

  • Indicators
  • Automatic trading strategies
  • Alerts
  • Data recorders, etc.

Adapters. (e.g. an adapter for a new crypto exchange):

  • Connectors to external market data sources
  • Trading connectivity (e.g. to a certain broker/exchange)

Other services, such as:

  • Webinars & education courses
  • Software development and consulting services
  • Real-time / backfill market data
  • Trading alerts, custom notes, a news feed, etc

What Type Of Charge Can I Apply To My Product Or Services?​

What Share Of The Product Fees Is Allocated To Vendors?​

  • 73% from paid add-on sales,
  • 88% from non-license-required services (e.g., education course).

Note: Transaction fees deducted from Bookmap commission. Developers do not pay any transaction fees.
