1. Why are volume dots appearing outside of the BBO line?

Multibook synthetic instruments combine data from various exchanges, leading to slight price variations among exchanges.

Hence, it's normal for volume dots to appear outside the BBO on the consolidated synthetic instrument.

2. What's the difference between Multibook Desktop, Multibook Web, and Multibook Customizer?

  • Multibook Desktop offers a set range of synthetic instruments via our exclusive Bookmap data feed and supports historical data imports.
  • Multibook Web is similar to Desktop but operates through the Bookmap Web interface.
  • Multibook Customizer, an add-on, allows custom synthetic instrument creation, but without historical data import capability.

3. Can I trade with Multibook Desktop?

Trading directly via Multibook synthetic instruments isn't available currently. We're actively working on this feature. To assist in testing, contact our support team.

4. How many instruments can I consolidate per Multibook chart?

Consolidate between 2 to 5 instruments per Multibook chart.

5. What exchanges are supported?

6. Can I trade from the Multibook chart?

Trading from Multibook charts is not yet available.

7. What is the price of the Multibook add-on?

Currently free for all paid subscribers (Digital+, Global, Global+).

8. How can I switch between ETH-USD and BTC-USD workspaces?

With Multibook in version 7.3, switch between ETH-USD and BTC-USD by navigating to File menu → Open workspace, and selecting the desired workspace.

12. Is the add-on available for Mac?

Yes.
