Interactive Brokers: Requested Market Data Is Not Subscribed

Platform: Interactive Brokers TWS Requested market data is not subscribed. Delayed market data is not available.

Please contact Interactive Brokers, and make sure that your account supports this instrument.

If you are subscribed to it and the instrument is opened on the IB chart (you must receive multiple levels of data in DOM inside IB, e.g. you can see a candlestick chart and still not have the depth data.)

Try upgrading to the latest version of Bookmap by clicking here.

Download the file and install it into the same folder on your computer where Bookmap is installed at the moment. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding the needed upgrade.

TradeStation Connection Issue

This error message is usually displayed when the server terminates the connection, one reason could be that you are in a country banned by TradeStation.

CQG Continuum Connection Issue

You can use Bookmap with CQG in parallel to another platform, please request from your broker that your account is provisioned for both Bookmap Private Label and CQG Continuum in CAST.
